Title: A few tweaks, and just checking in.
Over 6K users, and growing faster every day. Yikes.
A few new things have been implemented, both to crack down on, and to help out leechers.
A new warning's in place if you dip below 1.0, but stay above the limit at which you can no longer download stuff. Room for excuses on not seeding now even smaller.
Also, you can now RE-download torrents you've already finished, even AFTER you're in the "no download zone". The idea here is to give dirty scumbag leechers a way to get torrents of stuff they have downloaded, and give them a shot to re-open them as a seed, and try and get back on the right track. Again, just another way to prevent excuses, and another shot to help leechers out.
On that note, a warning to said sub-nodownloads users will be implemented soon. It'll prolly be scary, and red, and on the main page, and taunt you, and tell you about the stuff above and other ways to fix your ratio.
For the part that always lets me down, is you guys spreading the word. All this stuff doesn't matter if you guys don't help new users trying to upload stuff do it right, and let them know what they did wrong. Help them, they may upload something you're interested in the future, but probably won't if they a) get bitched at for trying, or b) get neglected and have issues and give up.
And with all this comes the big hammer. Duplicate accounts, which are 100% not ok, will soon be cracked down on. I played nice for a while, but if you have more than 1 account, expect the less active one to be banned soon. WHich one goes is my discretion, so if you know you have more than 1 account and have a preference, I'd PM me now and save yourself the trouble.
Guess that's it for now. As always, I suggest checking out the forums for info and help, and contacting me/the staff with any questions, feedback, suggestions, and comments.
Slight extra note: As sort of expected, donations have been lackluser. Call me too proud to come right out and ask, but the site's gonna hit a brick wall without some money for it. To those who have donated, many many thanks, and please keep it coming all of you. Every bit does help, and changes do happen quicker because of it. Not to mention upcoming major server moves.
That said, to make up for it, if you do see ads in the neat future, don't freak out, and sorry. Luckily I'm the one who calls the shots, and flash ads, pop ups, malware, full page ads, and anything else annoying and ridiculous is not gonna happen.
I always begin writing and say it's gonna be a short entry and it ends up massive. Sorry for taking so many 1s and 0s, but that's all of it.

Title: Milestones and a general brief.
So a few big things happening:
Nearing 5,000 ( ) registered users.
And 1,000 concurrent connections.
Not bad at all.
As always tweaks are ever happening, and feedback is always wanted. Donations are also very much needed at this point in time, so if you use M-T and wish to see it continue to grow please consider it.
